Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your products are flawed in any way, we'll refund you.
I entered the wrong shipping address and/or shirt size! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and it ships out the same day. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
Shopping Disclaimer: HPC Appareal is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations.
- Also, delayed scanning on package is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
- We have a 30 day return policy. If you have purchased in the last 30 days you can request a return.
We only accept returns for the following reasons:
1) Low quality print work or damaged upon delivery.
2) The product is different from what was ordered.
- Proof of purchase must be provided. Please provide a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution if applicable.
- After your return is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order.
Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on these items unless they have not been taken out of the package.
